Spring Crusher machine mainly consists of frame, horizontal axis, cone brake, balance wheel, eccentric sleeve, upper crushing wall (welding cone), down crushing wall (movable cone), fluid coupling, lubricating system, hydraulic system and control system.
This series of crusher is suitable for crushing medium-hard ores and rocks. It has the feature of simple structure, high efficiency, easy adjustment and economical operation. The crushing chamber is determined by the using of the ores. The standard type is suitable for medium broken, the medium type is for the medium and fine rushing, and the short head type is for fine crushing.
Spring system plays the role of overload protection, which will enable the exotic materials or steel piece to pass through the crushing chamber without any damage to the machine. It adopts grease seal to isolate dust and lubricants, therefore ensure its reliable operation. According to customer demand, respectively, using standard type, medium type and short head type for coarse crushing, medium crushing and fine crushing operation.
